She Did It!

Soon after I wrote yesterday's post, Juliet took her first step! We were outside playing and she let go of my leg and took a steady step to the wall. It was different from the other steps because there was no falling involved, it was a real step! Of course I didn't get a video, but I did run in and get the camera to mark the event.

Juliet is very interested in Lucy these days. We will chase Lucy together and Juliet will laugh and laugh. She also wants to pet her. She's working on her dog sound too! I'm pretty sure she knows that Lucy and dog and the same. When we are in the kitchen and talk about Lucy she looks out the kitchen door where Lucy usually is!
